What should I surprise my boyfriend with?

My boyfriend is home for the summer from college and he is so perfect and gets me cute presents all the time, but I can never figure out what to give him. He is really into fitness and health, so nothing food related (I've tried that many times). I just want to surprise him with something cute and nice and thoughtful, kind of a "no reason- just because i love you" gift. Any ideas?
