Can you get cancer from your laptop?

no you can't.. from what i remember from science class a laptop emits radio waves which is a type of radiation that is enough to send and receive data but for it to cause a cancer (a damaged cell that multiplies to cause a growth or lumt) it has to emit atleast uv-rays (like the sun), x-rays or,insanely enough, gamma rays.. so relax,u r safe :D

How to go about receiving child custody.?

i live in arkansas.my ex and my kids live in california.my ex-girlfriend (of 10 years) lived in albuquerque and was frequently taking my kids across the mexico border to visit her wanted felon boyfriend without my permission..the kids told me in detail of the many times i happened.she denied it.the u.s. marshalls know of her relationship with said felon.she then disappeared for about 7 months with my kids.her family in albuquerque didnt not know of her where abouts.she stopped taking the kids to school and abandoned her apt.i filed a missing persons report for my kids. she called me months later from mexico from a private number.she told me that she lived in juarez with the kids.she didnt want to explain why.just that it was drug related.she then moved deeper into mexico for no apparent reason.the kids did went to a spanish only school.my kids hardly speak spanish.she began telling me she wanted to leave mexico but she was afraid the police were after her.PARANOID.she told me if i can pick her up at the border so we can attempt to fix our relationship.i agreed.we came back to arkansas where she spent a jobless month before leaving to l.a. to live with her parents.the kids where enrolled in school here but that didnt stop her from leaving because of "depression".she continues to be jobless living out of her parents living room with 3 kids.she now is planning to move again.i want to put a stop to this once and for all.i have a steady job, for a few years now.i actually live in a nice house.i have no criminal background nor do i do drugs.i did attempt suicide 3 years ago by slitting my wrist.that was the only breakdown i ever had in my life.im not sure how to go about starting a custody case or proving paternity.also what are my chances of actually having the kids put under my custody and are there any pro bono custody attorneys? im not wealthy at all.but i can provide for them.i love my kids and i hate to see their lives ruined by an unfit mother.

Will my boyfriend forget about me while he's in the navy?

My boyfriend of 2 years is leaving for the navy in a couple of months. We are very close and have dealt well with long distance all throughout our relationship. I live an hour and a half away so we see each other for a couple of days every week sometimes every other week. We talk about the future and he always tells me he's going to take care of me and buy me a house when he gets out of the navy and how he's really excited to go. He has always been faithful and a good boyfriend. Very sweet and thoughtful. I don't know why I am scared that while he is gone he is just going to forget about me... I feel like he is going to enjoy being in it so much he isn't going to love me as much or that he is going to change while in the navy and when he gets out isn't going to want to be with me anymore. Any words of advice from people who have felt like this before? I love him so much, we've been through so much together, and I trust him I just hear how people change while in the military... I don't know what that change will mean for us?

How safe are greyhound buses? Is it safe for a teenage girl to travel alone on a bus?

NOT SAFE! I took a Greyhound bus trip once and it was a nightmare! Some weirdo pulled a knife on me (luckily he didn't stab me!!!!) and when we came to a stop I had to alert the driver, who called the police and the guy was removed from the bus. To this day I don't know why he did it or why he chose to then leave me alone. All I know, is that I WILL NEVER RIDE A BUS AGAIN! It's cheap travel so the you see some pretty troubled people on buses.

Is it normal too have feelings for someone who you never meet?

Through words it's very easy to develop strong feelings for someone you've never met, ye knows you better than many of your friends. I'm in such a situation myself, so I know.

Should I keep going out with someone who has started really annoying me?!?

Start by sitting down and talking to him, explain how his reactions are making you feel and that you need some time to yourself as well as with him. If he doesn't give you space or back off a bit and is still annoying you I would end it. Its pointless carrying a relationship regardless of whether you are scared you will never find someone if he annoys you. You will never be truly happy. Hope this helped and good luck XxX
