Help! Dinner Problems!?! Easy 10 Points!?

if you want you can make your own dinner. you can make stir-fri. just put any vegetables in a buttered pan and cook while stirring occasionally. serve over rice or noodles. cook rice for 30 mins or noodles for 5-10 mins. just explain to your dad that you want to eat something other than meat. just tell them that you can get protein from nuts, nut butter, dairy, tofu, and other things. look it up
