How do i file for being on my own?

Hello my name is Monique, I live in albuquerque NM and I'm 17 years old. I'm getting kicked out of my house for stupendous reasons and I'm trying to get a job, but first I need to know where to go to to file myself for being on my own without a parents permission. Please help!!!!
