I am 17 and never had a job. how to get employed.?

Okay so i have been thriving and looking and thriving for a job i am in desperate need for some funds. I am 17 and a junior in high school. I have very good grades. I apply for many jobs around albuquerque dions hotel service. Petcare homecarer. Dions macdonalds ubway and of all of these places i have not gotten one job. So i it the way that i support myself or are they just not hiring. Give me tips i m friggin desperate. Oh yeaah my mom is expecting me to move out when i am 18 sp yeah help
